Refund and Cancellation
Refund Activities:
- Refund is applicable if requested within 7 working days of enrollment, with a deduction of 2% gateway charges.
- After 7 working days, no refund is applicable for e-learning courses.
- Refund is processed in 5-7 working days after confirmation from the client.
Provider Default: In the rare event of ClassifylQ defaulting, unable to provide or continue a course, affected students will be enrolled in a similar course with full recognition for completed units.
Subject Transfers: Students can transfer to another subject at program commencement without penalty. Transferring to higher-priced courses incurs the original course’s price. Changing subjects alone makes students ineligible for special consideration.
Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 15 days of enrollment, with a deduction of 2% gateway charges, and are issued through the Original Mode of Payment.
cancellation:
- 15% of the course fee as a service charge on the transaction amount will be borne by the student (Online, Offline and Self-paced & E-Learning Courses).
- Tax Amount of the course fee will be deducted if Tax Invoice were issued to the Student.
- If approved, refunds are paid in local currency within 15 business days with accompanying evidence required only.
- Refunds will be done through the Original Mode of Payment.
- Refund is issued only in case of withdrawals due to unsatisfactory/delayed training delivery on the part and only upon through investigation and approval from the management
- Students enrolled for E-Learning courses are not eligible for refund.
